Preheat oven to 350 and coat a bundt pan with non stick cooking spray.
Mix all cake ingredients together until smooth using a stand or hand mixer. (If you don't have one, using a whisk works too!) and add to well greased bundt pan.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove and let cool for about 20-30 minutes. Once cake is done cooling, remove from pan onto a wire rack.
Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
In a small bowl, melt butter.
In a separate bowl combine cinnamon and sugar.
Whisk together powdered sugar and apple cider. (Please note, you can add more liquid or sugar depending on your taste. Add a small bit at a time to get desired consistency.).
