Brownie Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 box Brownies (and ingredients the box calls for: eggs, oil, water etc.)
- 3 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- Confectioners Sugar and/or Cocoa Powder (for garnish)
Instructions

Bake brownies as directed on box. Let them cool completely.

Crumble brownies in a mixing bowl and mix with softened cream cheese.

Using a cookie scoop or measuring spoon, measure and roll into ball shape.

Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or cocoa powder for garnish.
Recipe Notes
You can also add these to lollipop sticks to make them into Brownie Pops.
and/or you can dip them into melted chocolate.
