Preheat oven to 350 and line muffin tin with paper liners or non-stick cooking spray.
Prepare muffin mix as directed on package, using only half the cinnamon sugar mixture and saving the other half for the struessel topping.
Add about a 1/2 tsp of cream cheese to each muffin.
To make strussel topping, combine remaining cinnamon sugar mixture, 1/4 cup flour and softened butter. Mix with fork until combined into a crumble texture.
Add crumble topping evenly to each muffin.
Bake as directed of box.
