Preheat oven to 400.
In a small combine cinnamon, sugar and (optional) pumpkin pie spice.
In a separate medium mixing bowl, use a spoon or electric hand mixer to combine pumpkin, softened cream cheese and 2 tbsp sugar.
Open crescent rolls and roll out dough onto flat surface.
Spread about 1 tbsp pumpkin mixture onto each designated crescent roll. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon + sugar mixture.
Roll up each crescent roll starting from the wide end. Sprinkle the top with more cinnamon sugar.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
