Butter Parmesan Tortellini with Spinach
Ingredients
  • 1 package Tortellini (16oz)
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 4 tbsp Butter
  • 2 tbsp Corn Starch
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Minced Garlic
  • 3-4 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
Instructions
  1. Cook tortellini as instructed on package.

  2. In large saucepan bring chicken broth to a boil then add butter.

  3. In a separate small bowl mix cornstarch with 3 tbsp water. Mix together until completely combined and then add to chicken broth in saucepan.

  4. Add salt, pepper, garlic and parmesan cheese and lower heat to simmer 3-5 minutes.

  5. Add cooked tortellini, spinach and lemon juice. Mix until spinach is wilted and everything is combined.
