Strawberry Biscuit Cakes

Ingredients
  • 1 can Biscuits (We used Pillsbury Grands Flaky Biscuits)
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 3 tbsp Powdered Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Fresh Squeezed Lemon, or Lemon Zest
  • 1 pint Fresh Strawberries
Cooking Things:
  • Baking Pan
  • Mixing Bowl
  • Hand Mixer, Stand Mixer or Whisk
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven and bake biscuits as directed on package

  2. Slice strawberries

  3. In a mixing bowl, whip cream until soft peaks form. Beat in vanilla and sugar until peaks form. Make sure not to over-beat!

  4. Split cooled biscuits, add whipped cream and sliced strawberries. Enjoy!
